Hello! My name is Ace Mendiola! Currently an IT Field Engineer for Delta Airlines. My time studying the core concepts of ITIL, Comptia A+, Network+, and Security+ have armed me with the confidence to pursue new exciting challenges in my career. Having exposure to support experience within a retail, call center and corporate environment, it is evident that my adaptability has lead to my success in fitting with different customer and team dynamics alike. Due to growing up in an environment of giving back to others, paired with an obsession over video games and computers - I value building real connections, a great customer experience and the self competitiveness to learn and become better each day.
