Telecommunications equipment expert, working with cable. internet, VoIP, cellular and home security devices. This in person consulting role contributed a lot to my growth both professionally and in my personal life. I learned early on that creating a real connection with someone goes along way, and integrity of work is of upmost importance if you want to build a brand of trust and lead your team the correct way. Beyond customer service and sales responsibilities, here are a few achievements I can proudly stand by:
- Promoted to Retail Service Executive, a team lead position in charge of promoting company focuses, new technology and POC for quota achievement guidance
- Placed in top 3% of consultants by end of year twice within the Western Division, achieving an overall 175% quota attainment and 90% NPS satisfaction rate.
- Top home security consultant during low market performances, met with market director to implement package adjustment, commission restructure and customer concerns. Lead team meetings discussing these changes resulting in raised confidence and overall home security support/sales by 30% in Western Division within Q3.
